Welcome to Tee Tours LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our golf course management software ("Software") provided by Tee Tours LLC. By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
1. Use of the Software
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use the Software.
License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for managing golf course operations, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software. You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@teetoursgolf.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Fees and Payment
Subscription Fees: Use of the Software may require payment of subscription fees as outlined in your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.
Billing: You agree to provide accurate payment information. We may suspend or terminate access to the Software if payment is not received when due.
4. Intellectual Property
The Software, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Tee Tours LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of data you input into the Software ("User Data"), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process User Data to provide and improve the Software.
5. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software for violation of these Terms or non-payment, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases, but provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tee Tours LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
